In the olden days of Ravalon, dragons roamed the world just as horses and other animals do to this day. In their might and haughtiness, they ruled over all for eons. Divided they were, though. In differences that we do not understand. Two clans rose to the peak of power and sought to challenge each other in their hold over the world. As mounting tensions exploded into violence, the Battle of the Red Sky was inevitable. Ravalon bore witness to the grim toll of greed; the fall of dragonkind altogether.

Now their bones lie scattered around the lands, a dark reminder of what once was. Life in Ravalon carries on, although it will never be the same anymore. The New Age has begun.

Whispering voices rumour about dragons opposed to the greed of their brethren, who fled the battle and hid in faraway lands. Could it be true… Could dragons still exist among us?
